SSICA is the leading partner in charge of technical-scientific coordination and of the administrative-financial management to ensure that the project objectives are achieved in accordance with the established time schedule and budget.

SSICA is designing formulations and technology for the production of processed pork products with the minimum safe content of salt and nitrite, by adding extracts from vegetal by-products rich in antioxidant and chemoprotective molecules that can help in improving the nutritional qualities and health effects of the products.
