On 28 October 2016, from 2 pm to 3.30 pm in Hall 4 – Workshop Room, our research group will lead a workshop on: “Innovative technologies and vegetal ingredients in pork production and processing for the health of consumers”. In this context,  the group  presented the Green Charcuterie project funded by the Emilia Romagna region in the Por Fesr 2014-2020 AXIS 1 of Research and Innovation, in support of strategic industrial research projects in the priority areas of Intelligent Specialization Strategy.
