GREENCHARCUTERIE will participate in R2B (Research to Business), the innovation exhibition of the Emilia Romagna Region.

The project was presented by Prof. Roberta Davoli ( CIRI Agro University of Bologna) on Friday 9th June during the session on “Quality, safety and traceability in processes and products and nutrition” at the Live Research Arena.
